Use terms.

These are practical launch terms for WTM Broadcasting. They are not a substitute for formal legal review if the product grows beyond an early customer release.

License

A purchase grants access to use WTM Broadcasting for race broadcast production. Access is intended for one active broadcast machine at a time unless another plan is agreed in writing.

Distribution

Do not redistribute the installer, license key, or private buyer download links. Public downloads may be offered later after license enforcement is enabled.

Availability

The app is built for live broadcasts, but no software can guarantee uninterrupted race-night operation. Keep backups of your OBS scenes and test updates before major events.

Refunds and billing

Billing is handled through LemonSqueezy. For account, receipt, or refund questions, contact support with the email used at checkout.
